I just want to clarify that everyone will be challenged and play at least one game. Whether you win or get eliminated is on the choice you make - rock, paper, scissors.

If we have enough time then for those people playing in the end I'll do best 2 out of 3 so that the person chosen last at least gets a chance to try to win just like some others have here.

Since the one challenging has an advantage that if they have a tie twice they automatically go through, isn't that unfair to those who don't get a chance to challenge?

No, no. There is no advantage in ties. In tying whoever PMs me first has the advantage the second time around. It's why I did it that way. If the first time you tie, then I send both of you the PM at the same time telling you that you tied and give me another choice. Whoever responds to that first then has the upper hand.

It's also why for the last round, I'll let the 2 people probably play 3 games and do best 2 out of 3. Because else the last person chosen won't have a fair chance to at least try to win. I didn't post that originally because I wasn't sure how fast or slow people would be. But given that in 24 hours everyone is almost done playing, I can do that.
