But Angad was saying mera baccha and they said teenon so I guess it’s one single child only. Yeh TMD hai yahan par log mar ke bhi zinda ho sakte hai like Sahiba how she came back to life again. So I won’t be surprised if the kid survives after miscarriage. They are copying everything but not self respect of FL . It’s clear from montage Sahiba looks sad in montage it means she will keep crying for angad even in post leap but akshara in montage face was high headed and she maintained the self respect.

He is neutral and looking towards Sahiba. In rishta montage Abhimanyu never looked towards akshara. So I think Sahiba will leave on her own but not due to self respect. She will feel herself as the reason of

Miscarriage and may be for better life of angad so that he can live at peace. That’s why she kept good memories of their story.

What ever is the reason for leap, wen Sahan Meet after, Angad would definitely be angry and misunderstood sahiba with another man n kid.. or sahiba angry to see Angad.. (can change according to whether either has memory loss or not)
