I knew that you know smiley1...I'm born to question movies with political agendas...and when I can, then I watch them to get an own impression...with the history of my own country and my inclination to movies, I've well studied how - allegedly entertaining - movies had been done to further a certain thinking and how political leaders/parties/governments (worldwide) used/uses this medium to influence people in a certain direction (with the money often coming from very shady wealthy persons who just want that certain poilitcs are done - to make them even wealthier and more powerful).

The Modi regime got a little more subtle with the time (but not much). I'm well aware that followers of this regime would refrain from every critical view (at least here in the forum smiley2)... no problem to me...there is nothing negative without also something positive (and vice versa)...and to be honest, Modi & Co could just declare themselves the winners of an (quite unnecessary) election that would only cost a lot of money they could spend for their pet projects. It's simply eye-washing (well, just kidding smiley36...or not).

Not all students take part in politics and neither the college is a hub of anti-national elements. I say this from first hand experience (I have visited - most students are calm and easy going) and hearsay from sister.

Maligning everyone associated with the university WILL be propaganda.

Of course, this movie could be about something else, then it is fine.

Unfortunately JNU has become a place of Anti National elements.

JNU students who think being student of there is their retirement career.

You are correct that all are not involved in all these nonsense as one of my friend have studied there and wasn't associated with any of these.

But problem is these students don't go against them or complain about it for spoiling their name.

JNU runs on tax payers money at the same time hurt and cause problems to those tax payers.

I still remember a close family of mine was just saved when they did shit last time of burning and everything.

Jab bhi kuch hota hain, if someone has to go to University from outside have to first make sure that all ia fine there, unlike other places of education where people don't have to worry about their safety and problems being created.

JNU needs to improve its identity which has got malign due to some people who just want to do nonsense.

People who actually are studying don't associate with all these.
