Patha nahi yaar, could be trauma ka assar hain due to abandonment.In the last day's episode from Kinjal's dialogue I got confirmed that MaAn is legally divorced as she was speaking about Anu not taking any alimony from Anuj. So that means Anuj got sole custody of CA and as a result he could take the child to U,S. Then how can it is called as abandoning the child? It is called handing over the custody of the child to the father through mutual agreement.

Abandoning was when she walked out on her husband and child over a question.

Abandonment was when the husband tried searching and reaching his wife but she was living in oblivion as "jogan" without contact with outside world.

Mind you, (as shown on the show) Hansmukh never personally contacted Anupama not knowing her whereabouts. The only person who managed to get in touch with her was Devika.

As shown on the show, Anuj and Aadhya came to USA after "some" time in India. Met Shruti (3 saal pehle) after two years of the accident and subsequent abandonment incident, so it was not immediate.

How they managed to get a divorce without coming in contact is the same as how Anupama managed to get a work permit for USA without giving a visa interview or biometrics.

I am not a legal expert but not sure if abandoning without contact qualifies as grounds for divorce And sole custody of Aadhya since the mother was never there to fight for her🤔. Furthermore, Anupama loved ALL her children equally, isnt it? Despite that, she gave up her rights on her daughter because she was angry on her?

Best maa who abandons kid in custody. And imagine claiming custody ho gaya to daughter won't need maa or have feelings. It gets more and more ridiculous

This discussion literally goes in circles. 9 year old can also cook and clean. A 9 year old can also wash clothes and Utensils. A 9 year old can also get ready for school, do all homework and get things ready in wardrobe for next day.

So, in conclusion 9 year old doesn't need any support and love, right ?

I guess everybody should start abandoning children when they ask for some attention. Sone stupid BS logic is always presented and some how people think it's just one incident 🙄

But certainly not Bhesht Maa and Acche Pita's defective products when they were 9 year Olds because even they are 25-30, they still can't do any of these (also, if one has the services of an unpaid maid 24/7, why would you learn)

How old is Kinjal? She needs mummy to cook, do the dishes, take care of Pari, maybe cleaning the house too 🤷🏻‍♀️

And just one episode back Maa was feeding Tosu like a toddler 😂

Oh God, these days Kinjal comes on screen and I feel like giving her 2 tight slaps. She is a joke in the name of educated, well qualified woman living with a cheater husband and abusive family. She is the perfect example of when people with regressive mentality say, 'ladki ko padh likha kar kya karna hai, usko to bas shaadi karke Pati ke saath rehna hai'.
