Miscaariage bhi to ho sakta hai. Even simran got lot of footage , despite inder daughter. He has been planned for reunion of sahan. If its sahan baby they will show that the kid will have lot of habits same as angad, and good bonding with Angad, but if he is just there for sahan meeting then its not sahan baby.
