1st round auditions will be over in the first week itself like last season or they will continue for the next week too?

Just finished watching episode 1. Agree with all that has been said above. This season seems to be set for even more drama than earlier. It's going to be tough to be loyal audience.

Maybe I will stick to watching fan pages that have videos of the performances that the captains will eventually give.

The 3 boys, I think Aryan, Nishant and 1 more whose name I forget, seem to be good. And the first girl.

About Sayli. Something about her and Sony. There just seems to be a little bit extra about her always. Or perhaps it is not about Sony but she is good at managing equations. She too is now managed by Choklate Pi, and her schedule is now busier than it was earlier when she was with Sony or with DCEC. She must be doing something right.

They had promoted Kavita and another old singer in promos i think they are out now that Neha is in.

Kavita Krishnamurthy, Javed Akhtar & Pyarelal Ji. They are the guest mentors, may appear in the episodes occasionally. Neha is the only regular judge.

Also any info about the format? What's the significance of the captains stamp in selection?

Going by the past trends, it should end this week.

Based on what I saw, I am guessing that all Captains have to agree that the contestant is deserving of a place in the next round. More information will evolve as the days go by. I am sure Neha has a deciding vote in all cases. The Captains are there for TRP primarily and will sing more if the talent is weak.

I tried - honestly tried - to view this with an open & objective , even welcoming mind towards Neha. Insufferable , will be putting it mildly.

High on drama right from the word go - the kids made to do nakhras, naraazgi, & what not! If you are from the south, you must act as if you don’t know a single word of Hindi - and the scripted interactions that follow are supposedly funny. 😡.

TCT is going with guns blaring in the OTT …😡

Led by the able Neha, followed by Sayli, getting nicely initiated in the acts are the poor kids - the naraazgi girl wins here - one mom has put in sincere attempts ,though the son turned out to be a poor actor.
The calm amidst the storm is PD & Arunita. 👍

Neha’s annoying antics distracted me largely from the performances. The kids show good potential though, esp a couple of girls.
This is not a review - just a rant.. so one more before I wind up.
It is ‘Sayli and the other captains’… in Neha’s words and guess what? She’s proud of Sayli! What for???

Looks like Sayli will be the special judge in Neha’s place in the next season 😡

More on the performances later, once my tan man badan gets acclimatised to this circus & I start properly listening to the kids’.

Oh yeah, btws, Neha gets goosebumps upto her ears!

Bold: Agree. I was thinking on that line yesterday. Either judge or mentor. When top 15 or so chosen, then drama with her parents

That South Indian stylish kid sounds so awful but probably will be selected with her drama quotient
