Currently on episode 14 and was watching the dream sequence . Had to stop and write this , the drama may have many or some loopholes but it kind of gives you the old Pakistan drama charm. No physical intimacy just eyes and words. Absolutely beautiful. Sheraam's ' Mahnoor' in his deep baritone voice sounds so romantic . It single handedly beats all the dhoom dhadaka romance that is shown in aaj kal ke dramams

On a serious note..Shehram’s scene with Saleem was also very well done..he is so respectful with everyone..even someone who was spiking his food ! The writer said that this show is about Shehram’s growth and becoming sakht..first he was dependent on his mother, then father, then Mahnoor..but he has to learn the ropes of dealing curveballs of life..it’s his journey..every time Zeenat and Mahnoor won’t come to save him..as for Mahnoor..hospital scene main Shehram ne clearly bola that he will fix everything..dude is flirting even from hospital bed and talking about mohabbat..she knows he loves her....I hope they do something to redeem her because I’m not ok with this betrayal

He actually told her about his feelings bus ILY nhi bola but his dialogues in that hospital were clearly showing how much he loves her.

Rahul was shady character but here shehram does not deserve khairiyaati mohabbat. The mahnoor who can take stand for everything, she just can't take stand for their love. Wow. Ek bar batati toh shehram ko. Woh bhi rishta ly ky aa hi jata. Why she got scared? Kishwer sy darr gayi kya 😂

Okay! So I watched the episode. Finally Shehram knows. Mahnoor knows he is interested in her and vice versa but I think it's about verbalising and being direct. Also not to forget, Mahnoor and her fam has faced some problems previously because of her engagement with a rich man. Yes, Shehram is nothing like her ex but she knows the haveli and his step mom are going to be vicious. Her father also indirectly told her that it's not possible. Shehram is an adult. Instead of saying things in a poetic way, he should directly tell her and be done with it. No matter what verbalising directly makes it real. At least in my opinion. Otherwise it's all just..

But Mahnoor shouldn't have said yes to Taimoor bcz she doesn't like him. It's quite unfair. If she said yes, first she should at least tell how she doesn't love him and is just marrying for the sake of it.

It's all just very tricky though. Everyone is in tricky situation...I wouldn't really call Mahnoor's actions as betrayal though..

I totally understand Mahnoors choice tbh. Makes sense to choose Taimoor over Shehram currently.

Shehram has a lot going on. Once he really starts believing what's up with his step mom- there's going to be a civil war in that family. Mahnoor was already dragged into it when mom spread rumours about Mahnoor spending the night at the haveli. She also takes every opportunity she can to zaleel Mahnoor. No matter how right Shehram treats Mahnoor- he can't balance out how his step mom treats her, and he can't justify his step mom treating her like that at all. He's also in no position to take a proposal into her house bc of the mom. As it stands- this is love. But that's it. He can't even get her respect in that haveli as it stands. Let alone bring her into the haveli with respect and make sure she isn't disrespected by the family members. ( except the youngest brother)

Mahnoor definitely felt pressure by her father to pick taimoor- mostly because its a decent proposal brought to them in a decent manner. There's no drama to it. The guy is educated, family seems nice. Shehram is the complete opposite. There's so much drama he can't bring a proposal. Any father would want their daughter to chose the life partner that is more likely to give them a stable life. Not just financially- mentally too. He may not know if taimoor is the right guy for it- but shehram is definitely not the right guy for it right now.

Mahnoor is so far making the right calls for herself- is it selfish? Sure. But we romanticise the concept of 2 lovers vs the worlds far too much anyways. Neither of their families are in agreement, his mom hates her. Her dad has some very valid concerns. Mahnoor & her family have suffered a lot of humiliation in society already- she's aware enough to realise that staying close to shehram will add to it. It's good to see a FL actually think through what's going on here. Love isn't enough. Shehram has to sort out alot of these problems on his own. And it's not love if he drags Mahnoor into it. And mahnoor has to think of herself & her family- it's not love if she has to compromise on her & her family's respect for it.

The only problem I foresee is Mahnoor not honouring her engagement as she should be. The way she reacted to the proposal was cold and she was definitely making faces at it. I definitely see taimoor trying to get close to her but her brushing him off. She's made the choice she should in this situation- the mature choice. I just don't see her acting as mature as she should be. She's going to be upset about having to keep distance from shehram. Some scenes in the ost hinted at it

Maybe Shehram ke liye Zeenat baaji ko rakha hai

... Hamza and ayeza have a wonderful chemistry and they totally sell the romance... But i want a happy ending for pyaari Zeenat also who single handedly saved shehram
