Yeah, Virat was more frustrated than speechless that Amu didn't steal.. because after he catches her, his 1st complaint was he was screaming for her to stop, yet she ran, what if she fell.. Like Lav said, if the Ahujas withdraw the case to save Rajiv, even Tara will be spared from jail, and subsequent actions. Only Amruta and her family will keep suffering, doing nothing. At least make them powerless or make fun of them/insult them to antagonise them further.

Since Nimrit is in the new promo with sindoor and her mangalsutra on, don’t think anything drastic was done. Ulta the case will be made to backfire on Amruta only.
Yes, it’s pure nonsense but only in KMTMG land, not anywhere else. They have already hopped onto the next problem, which is unlawful grabbing of Jahan’s flat by mistress and the blame comes on Ahujas.

Makers are very smart. They made Bhavani and Jahan mention Rajiv’s name to Shekhar, but Amruta kept quiet in this regard to the police. Even Tara never mentioned Rajiv’s name. It is pretty easy for police to see her phone and see that she is in contact with Rajiv and arrest him as well. But no, since villains are required in the story to take it forward, Rajiv will escape scot-free.
Now only thing that seems even remotely interesting is Raj. But he also will be made forcibly redundant in the next few weeks.
