Yes he is coming across as super insensitive which is why it is difficult to warm up to him. I used to enjoy the chill fun side to Surya who would smirk, wink, sing and annoy Imlie.

What is the point of him doing this and Imlie breaking down for him to sympathize with her. We have had multiple scenes when she has in detail explained about her love for Agastya. It just seems unnecessary at this point.

Seriously Surya hopefully has a good reason for what he is doing. It is inhumane to put Imlie through the emotional torture of seeing her love in front of her and then realizing that this was a mind play tactic by Surya. Today’s episode is going to make me emotional - Imlie is complete love and her devotion towards Agastya is seriously on another level.

Honestly same! My eyes were getting misty at work. Adrija absolutely nailed the jogan wali dialogues.

In the purest form possible, Imlie really loves with her entire being. It reminds me of this conversation she had with Agastya, on Navratri, when she told him how she didn’t expect anything from her lover. Her definition of love perfectly mirrored the bond between Radharani and Krishna-jhi. He was moved by her words and said that he’ll have to actually marry her if she says keeps saying that kind of thing.

It is one thing to talk about love and it’s something else to experience it. Imlie fell in love with her Akrot ka chilka so deeply, that even now when he’s gone, she can still feel him in her every breath. Whenever she speaks of him, you can feel the love that’s keeping her alive.
