Sorry to add on to the negativity, but I believe we shouldn't keep much hope because then it will hurt more like it did today. About agastya seeing somebody before dying, it could be Amrit maybe & he can confess his crimes & how binni was also involved in all this mess. If somehow, surya imlie team up to expose binni, that way her track will be over with her admitting that it was indeed a fake marriage & baccha is not Agastya's. No need of bringing back agastya again.

Thinking as non viewer of Imlie, why didn't writers show clean death of Agastya and his elaborate funeral if they wanted to make Surya as potential life partner of Imlie

If somehow tomorrow it is revealed that Agastya is indeed alive and surviving somewhere(last effort to save the show) and here Surya has fallen for Imlie and married her and she too has started developing feelings for him , wouldn't it taint her love towards Agastya . What will be the usage of bringing Agastya from dead?

I have firm believe that Agastya isn't really dead. If he was to be really dead from audience point of view, they would have shown the funeral pyre and ashes immersion in detail. Yahan toh even face tak nahi dikhaya.

Next, moving on to after his arrival in the house, when the Chaudhary’s came back. Full Agastya wali feelings.

The way he stood beside Imlie as Paro or how emotional he got around Dadi. The contrast of the family vibes were strong in comparison to when he was with Surya’s family.

He kept smirking and flirting with Imlie. Whether it’s in the kitchen, living room or even in the guest room he was staying in. The moment their eyes connected, fire just sprung out of them and everybody else stopped existing.

When they were doing preparation for the puja and he was the only one to notice Imlie’s tears after hearing the taunts. Or when he was making the lemonade. Especially when she held the knife against his throat, the way he grabbed her hand and asked her to kill him. His entire voice modulation felt like Agastya. When Imlie’s identity got revealed and the Chaudhary’s starting nagging her, he looked uncomfortable.

When he attached her cot to his jeep as she was sleeping, such parallel to when she did it to him in his car. The way he basically gave her the incentive to fight back and not give up.

How he was able to predict her return so calmly when Malti was questioning him. He heard her sing and recognized her voice instantly.

When she stepped back into the house, the whole “that’s my girl” interaction. Or the way he managed to make the family eat the food she made. The interaction in her room when he was snooping.

Even during the twin reveal, it still felt like Agastya. The way he got emotional seeing the childhood pictures.

When they were back in the house, the taunt about her being the reason his brother died been Surya. Imlie didn't come into the house at the same time as him and he didn’t have the pictures with him when he came in.

The laddoo making scene could very well be Agastya as it’s a parallel of their reception. The way he said “Imlie, stop it” felt like Agastya as well.

The scenes with the puja held in his return were maybe Agastya. Bad dancing and the lyrics being “laut aya”.

The entire room ordeal, him trying to spare both Alka and Nirmala’s feeling by burning the room down. All of it felt like Agastya. The haq with which he grabbed her wrist constantly, the saving her from the fire and carrying her out in his arm.

The scene where he’s mending his wounds is where it gets iffy, because of the whole speech about how he could burn down the entire world for his sister, Malti Balti.

The night time “kapi” wali scene gave Agastya and Imlie vibes as well. And so did the car scene the next day to a certain extent, mostly because of how he ran after her when she wanted to go into the goon’s adda.

Every moment after that, I feel like we’re seeing Surya mostly and Agastya’s trait seems to be gone. The family scenes with his Amma and Malti are more emotional. He had that flashback and he’s been rude to Imlie.

She did touch his face after the rain scene (when Sai’s dark foundation washed off) and mistake him for her Babu. But if not that’s pretty much it for now.

After few reflections, I do think that SP has told Gul and team that they have few weeks to wrap up the story. Maybe that's why the change in storyline. Maybe they will bring back Agastya in the last few episodes but before that they will tie up all the lose ends and bid goodbye. Maybe this week's TRPs was the deciding factor. It dropped so Gul got to know that they have to wrap up and bid goodbye.

Unfortunately I too feel the same. I think this week ka TRP would be a deciding factor. They can wrap up Raghu ka case and then Surya can help Imlie in digging up Agastya ka accident and then maybe they both will chance upon Agastya who is in coma. Yup get Agastya at the end of the show and then have a happy ending. Maybe we will get the news of the show ending in April which honestly is not a bad thing at this point. If they are having less time to wrap up then there is no way they can again weave a love story with Surya so they are going to get Agastya back at the last moment.

Binni ka truth the BF would do the bhanda phodo and it can be closed off without Agastya. Only thing is that they need to close off Meera ka loop and Agastya - Imlie ka shaadi which they will do in 1 episode. So maybe they will show that Agastya did survive the accident. This is me clutching on to the last straws.

Bingo.. I also feel its #memoryloss hence in terms of reconstruing the memories, he was fed by whomsover (at this point, so far, I don't think Malti has it in her to be the villain as Navya turned out to be).

But i will go back to what I said earlier.. The more times, we make ourselves believe that he is Auggy, the more no. of times our hearts will break, unless some solid proof is shown..

So for our own mental peace.. Take the scenes with a pinch of salt.. At this point, even Ren's theory makes sense.. But then creatives finally kya karte hai, We don't know..

Frankly, I am unable to watch anything else right now on ITV.. Everything is garbage, recycling the same waste again and again.. So for me, this show is still better and out there.. yes, the day, they show something regressive, that I am not able to digest, I shall stop watching.. till then, I shall persist.. Plus coming here, and chatting with u all, is fun..

Shreya- But I do get it, there are days, the personal life's stress is too much, to keep on watching stressful shows too, in that case, taking a break does help..

Do you think reading the story here before you catch up on the episode will help you decide to watch that episode or not? I can give a brief update if u want.

Bold: I guess both the tracks will be too much confusing for the trp audience. SP shows have major chunk of audience from rural areas. I don't think they'll complicate things like this. Plus, if we see from a neutral audience's perspective, without diving in too deep, nowhere it feels like agastya & surya are interchanging places. Even his care today seemed superficial. Like he did that to utarofy the ehsaan she did by saving his sister.

I always used to read your updates first & then watch the episodes as here in India, the episodes are released on hotstar after 6:30 am maybe. But I don't watch it on HS since I don't have subscription. I manage to watch it on dinky sites. but yes, it would be a major help. Thank you for being so considerate

how will they justify the Satyavan Savitri reference if Agastya isn't alive. Means Imlie love wasn't powerful enough to save her suhaag.

Imlie Radha Rani ki bhakt hai. How can she move away her from her kanha. Har baat mein apne Radha Rani ka reference deti hai. How will she justify her second marriage .

Gul ne apni web series aashiqana mein bahut gul khilaye hai by having super weird twists and theories. I haven't watched the show but seen clips here and there. She can execute it here too in Imlie.

If Gul thinks she is going to get away with her weird theories here then she is mistaken. It is not same for Indian ITV audience.

If Agastya really died the family will continue thinking Imlie was manhoos and is responsible for Agastya ki death. Baki sab bhale hi resolve hoga this issue will continue.
