I think she has given him something that he is not able to move his legs . Mujhe aisa hi lag raha hai. After gaining consciousness he might feel walk but while giving capsule he would have gained some strength so I think something she is giving due to which he is not able to move. In promo also all his body parts are tied so I think this could be a possibility

I don't think so. Earlier he couldn't understand her intentions despite her telling it clearly now he can understand but can't move. Neither have any logic.

In precap she feeds him pill and he touches his mouth post that in shock. If he can lift hand to touch mouth he can easily take out the pill and throw or push her away.

(Point is not to say he is not the victim here, him meekly protesting or strongly protesting, he remains victim. But just the narrative discrepancy, he can stop moving cars but suddenly sits in 🧘‍♂️ pose when Seerat tries to feed him drugs , like whaaaat?)
