I think the point of that conversation, as is with all Armaan n ru bab conversation is focussed on hoe important Abhira is to Armaan and to highlight his changing feelings for Abhira. Today also, ru had to remind him n say she's zimmedari n you're doing too much for zimmedari but it didn't make an iota of difference to Armaan
