We have never seen Agastya this angry. He usually expresses his anger through his eyes. No words nothing, just a glare. But, Surya is just like he says, "No lights, no cameras, only action". He believes only in action

When I think of Agastya’s anger out of control, it’s more like when he yelled “biwi hai woh meri” and then beat up the men in the bar for trying to talk to her. All in the eyes like you said. Aur Sai ka voice modulation 🤌🏼✨

His anger can manifest in manhandling to a certain extent like diwali or Chutki’s roka night. But it’s anger through gritted teeth almost, always some angst thrown into it.

Surya’s anger is like fire, where you touch it and your hand flinches by reflex because it burnt you. He actually surprises me with how angry he gets. Although thoroughly impressed by Sai during those scenes. And Adrija matches that energy perfectly as Imlie, she gives back that same fire with her eyes.

She only called him Babu, she used to be blind so she didn’t know what he looked like. But she knew his face from touch as she was a sculptor. She lost him the day she was getting her sight back. They were in love and wanted to get married.

She thought he had died and went into grief. Met Bobby Deol’s character who was grieving the loss of his friend who was like a brother to him. Having that common point, they bond and come to love eachother.

The day of her engagement, Arjun Rampal’s character is found alive. He was recovering in a coma somewhere, he also fell from a cliff. He realizes that his bestfriend’s fiancé is the girl he loved.

He decides to sacrifice his love for their sake. She feels suspicious because of his voice. And then the day before the wedding, she runs into him in the dark and touches his face. Realizes it’s her Babu but he makes her promise to go through the wedding with his best friend.

Reluctantly, she agrees. Beautiful song plays at the mehendi where one of the lyrics is “Radha to bani hai bas Shyam ki”. The best friend notices their tadap for eachother and gets them married after faking that he’s mad at them.

I’d love for the show to have songs from this movie honestly. One of my childhood favourite ❤️

Waise I have a small doubt. How will the writers justify Agastya being multi-lingual and speaking Telugu so fluently ? Even if they flip that Agastya was Surya in disguise they need to show how Agastya suddenly acquired this speaking skills na ?

Agasthya had lived 5 years in London. He may have learnt there or his cognitive skills are excellent. He may have picked up from Amma Malti after recovering from accident

I remember, someone in the AT said this in the beginning of the track that Surya will eventually realise the depth of imlie's love for her Babu, liberate her & help her reunite with him.

Or maybe they'll show..he had a friend in his college days or something who came from telugu background & that's how he knows the language. Matlab bande mein talent toh pehle se tha, bas ghamand nahi tha
