Maybe that is y o u r impression but writing it as a general statement is just spreading hate... I could accept it as your personal impression, but not as a general statement. Every language has the tools to make an opinion personal...and by the way, no one here labeled Deepika as "some PHAANTAASHTIK actress " ...

Her dialogue delivery is getting weaker and weaker. She is good at expressions. But need to work on dialogue delivery. And she needs to venture into production like anushka or alia and support outsiders and small movies to have a personality outside acting.

Kangana isn’t finished and even if she is finished acting in women centric isn’t the reason. She got her stardom doing such movies only.

Chapak would flop with any other actress. Script, directon etc was very poor. Some movies are just bad movies. Actors can not save them.

As for Kangana...the forum isn't a measuring of her importance, but her movies are...and there she doesn't seem to make a big impact at the moment...
