Since Kuch Ankahi is being discussed,adding my two cents on it.I loved the overall vibe of the show.It was a feel good show.They touched social issues.But the worst part was the love triangle.It was so frustrating! I remember ranting about it to one of my IF friends.Aaliya just went out of her way to handle Asfar's issues unnecessarily.There were no proper scenes of Salman and Aaliya later on.Even in the lit bit they had,they used to fight instead of talking peacefully.Aaliya didn't reject Asfar outright despite not having romantic feelings for him.Salman did behave unreasonably on one-two occasions but otherwise it was Aaliya being rude to him but not saying anything Infront of Asfar.Even in the end they made it all about Asfar sacrificing his love for Aaliya and making both of them realize that they love each other instead of them sorting it out without anyone spelling it out to them.

personally i found Aaliya's romance with Salman and that other plot with her older sister boring AF.. specially the older sister's plot, there was nothing new nothing novel there..

Asfar's plot in that show along with his sister and dad was more interesting to me..

I agree..I haven’t watched JAM or Bharaas or even KTK..but all were quite well received and hits from what I understand..with KTK it was more Danish though..but Dure has X factor..it’s not because she is bringing in the trps..but because I think she does have really good screen presence..her acting skills really need to get upgraded and be worked upon but the way things are going for her..I don’t think that’s going to be on her mind ..I remember watching Dilruba and thinking that this girl can be a lead!

for the roles she has done her acting suffices, its not like they need oscar level acting in these shows but she does okay..and audience loves it... from what i have seen in social media, her acting is only used to bash her by fans of other actresses and Bilal when heat needs to be taken off him for something problematic he does or to elevate his acting prowess.. there i said it!

Zeb Bangash's voice is so soothing..
