Long time ago, the tattoo started to fade which showed that she was getting it removed, now its completey gone

It could easily be covered using a concealer. You can see how it is whiter only where the tattoo was.

Dunno if it is completely lasered or not coz I remember a pic a year back where the tattoo was there.

But for public appearance she usually conceals.

She was getting it removed, it started to fade the last time it was seen, now it hasn't been seen for a long time
