Agreed about everything else.

The problem is the slot is so competitive that the team themselves don’t know if the track is working or not immediately. So they have to persist for some time before finally taking a call. That is what they did with revenge family also. The trps did not shoot up but still they persisted for so long. Literally there was lot of meat in Meera - Alka angst, Dhanraj - Kairi storyline and Imlie becoming independent. But nope the creatives persisted with Revenge family track. After 3 months they tied up the whole thing in 2 episodes.

I am afraid that is what is going to happen here too. They are going to persist with Surya storyline for quite sometime before taking a call.

what if Surya takes over Chaudhary house as a revenge from imlie as in his eyes she will be connected to that family. So us family ko pain deke imlie se badla lega

In any show, the best part of set is allocated as leads bedroom . Till the time Agastya was alive, the space was his but now that his character isn't there ,they can't afford to waste that beautiful place to a random character like binni for longer time. Audience watch show for lavish set pieces too.

Maybe Surya Imlie will move to that room after their supposed marriage. Bahut far fetched theory hai but its possible

Owing to TRP pressure, I think, agar ache love stories, can't find their place in ITV, better we get limited series like Tanhaiyaa which had Barun Sobti on Hotstar..

I even, used to like "Phir bhi na maane, Badtameez dil", which came with a very different vibe.. This was launched for TV, but later they moved to Hotstar cos of dwindling audience..

Better be limited series, than ongoing saga with random haphazard twists & give heartbreak to audience like this..

On another note, I guess all of us are having a collective meltdown in this week, owing to Auggy's departure.. But I am glad, that we are able to rant out, else ye naya track, akele toh digest nai ho pata.. (still in-process...)

Plus think about how lucky Binni got, she didn’t even have to put efforts to ruin things for Imlie, Agastya served her the opportunity on a golden platter. This girl knew Agastya for one day and she’s now with confidence able to demean his wife. The way she said “that house is mine” “I’m going to stay with the family” and “the doors to that house are closed for you”. Like this is the quickest a female villain has gotten everything she wanted. I’m still mad about her enjoying the comfort of Agastya’s room.

In other shows, female vamps have to go through so much scheming and planning before they can even get anywhere near kabzao-ing the female leads haq. Here, Binni got it all so easily. Matlab kuch bhi!

Frankly imlie’s bechariness also has not really brought in trps .. even before the contract marriage, the mami and Ashu illness, the struggles - they tried it all but it didn’t work.. now same is happening but instead of mami, we have Chaudhary and instead of Ashu, we have the stupid Agasthya promise.. so I don’t know why such scenes are even required and binni toh is the most extra character on the show.. Matlab the man in question itself is not there so how is the audience even going to be bothered..

Story too can move forward. Surya Imlie can have scenes with Chaudhary family. Kitne din Imlie ko Mami ke jhopdi ke aangan meim dikhayenge. It's not feasible in itv show

Binni too can be present in the house as Agastya widow to create more kalesh. Dadi Maa ka khoon jal jayega when she will see Surya treating Imlie in right way as she considers Imlie to be reason of Agastya death

also in today episode it was mentioned that Imlie will be filling 12th standard form ,so she can get comfortable environment in Chaudhary house( Agastya bedroom) to study for her exams

Honestly, I feel the Surya we are seeing right now, is a different person. Agastya is alive(I'd like to assume that) & most probably, is in coma or something.. What if Surya is the one who has given shelter to Agastya??

Why is is with the likes of SBB/SBS and others there is no upcoming scenes like they show for other shows, are they not allowed on the set or something, All I see is they showing the last episode recap basically.
