It's not just about the fans of SKR. The audience has seen the love story of Agastya and Imlie. They didn't even complete the story properly before killing him off. The audience may not like this twist due to this precise reason.

Yes Gul has always taken a risk before and I feel this gamble is huge. There is a lot of contrast between Agastya and Surya and Imlie before his death and after.

Wow this reminds me of one of my fav books, Me before you by Jojo Moyes. If anyone has read would know. Yeah it doesn't end well and I could never gather the courage to read the sequel titled After you. Also, I too had a love story and can love happen twice.

Just like how Agastya wasn't fond of sweets but Imlie companionship made him like it

The tone and vibe of the show needs to be changed. I can't see this constant struggle wale tracks or full suspense ones. I'm hoping when Surya Imlie interact there will be tashan. Him having Agastya ka face will make Imlie play a bit on the back foot too.

She may find it difficult to acknowledge he is not babu but another person all together.

Exactly, it would have been palatable to watch if we didnt constantly see Imlie going through humiliation, ill-treatment and anguish. Iss ladki ko do pal ki khushi be achi tara se naseeb nahin hoti, she is to true when she says her happiness is as long as her little finger. She deserves so much happiness, instead she is delivered so much sadness.

So i guess Surya will meet her in full josh mein and she will be behosh from the resemblance.

The people at the station must know that Surya and Agastya as lookalikes, its weird how no one mentions it. And Surya has been posted in the village for 1 month no and what the people in the village do not see the resemblance, its all a bit suss.

Surya ka story isn't clicking with me for now. I don't know kafi fake type laga sab. The sister looks too young for her husband. Why they had to make the husband look gunda type and Surya ki sister look so innocent type.

It was nice to see the three girls work together to dispose the body. Bechari Imlie had to again bear the brunt of this family ke taane. Agastya wapas aake pura hisaab lena pls . The amount of stuff they talked about Agastya ki akhri nishaani definitely makes me believe she will be pregnant too.

Anyway, wapas Imlie ko kick out kar dia ghar se. Woh uska ghar hai but still she has to sleep outside in the open. These episodes are so difficult to watch, Imlie struggling, the absence of Agastya, her being strong to fulfill his last wish despite how much pain she herself has to face. She will happily take the entire blame if that murder on herself. Yeh Agastya ne bahut bura fasaya Imlie ko, she didn't get her rightful place as his wife, some fake person gets to be his wife and now she will make all the sacrifices to fulfill his last wish.

As expected she fainted after seeing Surya. He left her fallen on the ground and went away. Agastya hota toh aise nai chodta usko. Koi nai believe karega Imlie pe about Agastya, she herself thinks she was hallucinating about him. I can't wait to see the family reactions on seeing Surya.

Surya will not leave Imlie now. This is going on a revenge track as of now. Why do I feel they are going to show a revenge love story. I want Agastya back. Pls someone tell me he will be back. Mereko Surya nai chahiye.

I watched the episode thinking there will be a Imlie/Surya scene, but all we got was a fainting spell. I am sure this is Surya only, no way can Agastya do this to her.

The Surya chacterization is not looking natural to me, its all a bit forced. Uff I dont know what to do, part of me doesnt want Surya to work so that Agastya comes back, but then wants it to work because we all know its a TRP game, and if TRP gets worse who knows what other bombshells we will be landed with.

I feel exactly the same way. I am not able to click with Surya. There's something insincere about him I can't put my finger on and it's not the warped sense of justice or his South Indian roots. Sai looks the part and plays the part well too. May be it's because I'm comparing him to Agastya in my head.

I hope the team has planned to bring Agastya back irrespective of the trp (which is why there was so much ambiguity left to the death track?).

The Chaudhary’s really disgust me at this point. Imlie lived with them for over half a year and took care of everybody with so much love. She tackled a serial killer down the stairs to save their Gattu and endured blackmail from both Amrit and Vishwa for his sake. Even Mano Bua was looking at her with so much vitriol today.

Sure, they believe that Imlie’s goal was to “ruin” them like Meera and Kairi, because apparently Kunal and Dhanraj were innocent victims with no mind of their own. But what about Agastya? Were they also blind to how much he loved that girl? Were they equally blind to how miserable he looked on his “wedding” with Binni? They’ve known Binni for a month and they’re pampering her with some much love. Do all these grown adults not have judgement of their own? I really hope Binni loots the Chaudhary’s. Whatever she does to them, they’ll deserve it.

In all of this, I can’t help but also be mad at August Babu. How dare he give up on surviving so easily? Life was never easy on Imlie and it has been worse since he’s been gone. And on top of that, because of his mistake, she has to bare extra insults and humiliation from his family. Meanwhile a random stranger is getting to gloat and enjoy the comfort of his room. Even in today’s episode, Imlie was sleeping outside on the cot when Surya came to investigate. August Babu used to prioritize her safety above his own feelings or misunderstanding. Yet now she’s out there exposed to all kind of dangers.

I remind myself it’s just a show but my god is it frustrating to see one character always get the short end of the stick. If August Babu is somehow alive then he probably has a roof under which he’s recovering in a coma. Even his Schrödinger’s cat wali fate guarantees him less struggle than Imlie.

I had to rant, I’ll write the positive points about the episode in another post.
