I doubt DJ got Mahajan business become profitable again in just 1 year. Cause' he's clearly a dumbster who is listening to all the idiotic conditions of Yukti.

He could've just said "Ms Multani keep your conditions limited to the deal" but no dude is just busy playing hide and seek with his sister

The only condition left from Yukti is "you're cheating on your wife so this deal cannot happen"
