LOL. Maybe you have diff experience since you are living there. But from what i know from some relatives and friends, its worse than Lalu's Jungleraj in Bihar. One doctor friend says Kolkata is a bubble, uske bahar niklo and you arrive in hell. my aunt says 'Ye Mumtaz Bano kab marwa degi pata nahi'. Always horrific news.
