I saw the slap ...it was in heat of moment and Sahiba going non stop. She was not wrong but from third person pov she definitely looked like instigating veer.
Nobody knows truth and Veer manipulated whole situation. I see nobody at fault.
But one thing is sure Angad Sahiba relationship has no trust in it. As husband wife , at least one should hear out the partner rather then blindly believing others.
Can't imagine slapping my partner in heat of moment I am sawry. Slap kiska reflex action nahi hota hai unless tumko slap maarne ka mann kar raha ho kabse.
Slap intentional is far better than unintentional, I don't see Angad slapping his mom or Daarji unintentionally. Just the one person he can abuse. If unintentionally thappad lag raha toh matlab intentions humesha se the.
And there is clear power dynamics involved. You slap a kid, a kid slaps you. Physical strength matters.
You don't punch down. You always punch up.
Anyways not like Angad minus this incident has ever been a non abusive partner, starting from withdrawing food to forcing bangles to forcing himself on her. He has done way way way worse in this entire track but I get makers want to whitewash him by this 'accidental' slap.
After doing all this look at our feminist husband, he repents so much for slapping, the other 100000 times he was not wrong , dragging her for divorce was not wrong , throwing her out of room was not wrong.
