I can’t tell if it is the writing or acting of the character Jhanak, it has been a little off compared to rest. Jhanak instead of garnering sympathy and appreciation from viewers is getting everything else but that. Maybe the way she is showing her mourning and resilience is not coming out well. Yes she doesn’t want sympathy and help from others, but then what happens right? Tejas the villain 😀 is only the next stop for her…..

Jhanak tumhara pati kaun hain both Anirudh and Tejas kept asking the poor girl and Tejas asking it in a way which made me laugh.

PS I think the storyline in the Bengali version is different from the Hindi version. I haven’t watched imlie1 but have heard the sister was a villain.
