Let’s see but TMD has always been good with misleading precaps. Yes Saheba’s sleeve is torn with blood on her upper arm, though dupatta is there.

Der kar dialogue is there bcoz angad would not be able to say sorry as this kaand happens and Sahiba will support keerat and Angad will support veer . Why Sahiba is shown bcoz people will watch if it’s Sahiba in promo not keerat. The keerat molestation is already disgusting so I don’t think Sahiba ka koi aisa track bhi hoga.
