That is what happens when actors become too comfy offscreen. The offscreen dynamics color their perspectives. The director should tell the actors but I guess it is not happening. Addy should have shown more disgust for Vishwa in her body language yesterday especially when the dialogues were quite strong. Whatever

I think it’s the writing and execution that fails here. The makers are still testing the waters with Vishwa’s character. They still want to keep their options open. Maybe whitewash, gain sympathy and make a third angle in future.

I don't know why the director isn't making Imlie give back more strongly. Abhi thoda touching has stopped but the victim play by revenge family still continues. Upar se he thinks he will bring Meera and separate them. Expects Imlie to leave Agastya, for what joy?

They are also badly written, badly performed and badly executed characters. Not sure how much the offscreen dynamics between Addy and Abhi is translated onscreen. The comfort levels onscreen are sick for sure, they better not show such things coz of how they are normalizing harassment.

Nibbi fans on SM platforms are asking for Vishwa to be the lead despite his problematic behavior.

That's why I said I dont know if it impacts or not. I don't follow any of these people on SM neither am I interested in offscreen stuff for this show.

What I see is the extra comfort levels onscreen between Vishwa and Imlie and that is icky for sure. Harassment was brushed down under the carpet both times (Amrit as well as Vishwa). While the show does try to demarcate (in a very subtle way) as a viewer I feel disgusted to see Vishwa touch her waist or grab her arm etc.

I won’t lie I also expected more vitriol from Imlie towards Vishwa after the blackmail track. If not for the physical harassment she faced, then at least for all that he’s put her family and August Babu through. Especially since she slapped him when he wished Tej’s alleged fate on Agastya. Imlie definitely cares more for her loved ones than herself. She didn’t take his threats towards herself seriously until he hurt her babu.

I don’t think it’s right to speculate on the actor’s offscreen interactions as I don’t believe it has anything to do with the portrayal of the characters on screen. The actor’s bring the character that were once on paper to life. If the script was written to show more animosity, then the actors wouldn’t be able to make changes because of their own offscreen equation. They work hard to execute the vision of the directors and writers. My reproach is more towards the PH and the creatives behind the scene who are in charge of deciding the mood during Vishwa and Imlie’s scene. It’s like there’s a huge elephant in the room and only we the AT audience see it.

Vishwa’s actions have already crossed villainous levels so I don’t know why the writers write his conversation with Imlie in such a calm manner. IRL joote khata or jail mein hota obvi but this is ITV.

Dadi is being dignified with Navya so maybe Imlie is doing the same for Chutki’s sake with Vishwa ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
