So bade papa has got 3 children and Ani’s dad has got one I believe. Ani is a misfit in the family. Even the elders of the family does not really stop anyone from insulting Appu di.

Yes , i always used to think how Ani feels when Shristi talks so bitter. Then they changed Arshi also same way but still Ani stuck to her.

I kind of feel that this was needed to move things along plot wise. You can't expect someone in trauma from losing a loved one to just compartmentalize stuff and just think about moving forward. Whatever I have understood of Jhanak indicates to me that she is not the type to depersonalize events to cope. She takes a lot of things personally and a mental breakdown was imminent. If anything, this incident should give Ani a glimpse of Jhanak's psyche at the moment. While I am not a fan of Jhanak's behavior towards Ani, it isn't completely out of character for her to react the way she has. Today's meltdown was definitely good to watch. I'm glad Jhanak got pissed at Ani because frankly the way he just went and dropped her in front of guruji without any prior warning was terrible. I know why he didn't want to tell her, but the way he handled it was poor. I get that he's under a lot of pressure as well, trying to keep things hidden from Arshi and his family, and hoping they don't get caught. But its like - he had an idea, thought it was good for Jhanak, made a decision about her life without consulting her , and expected her to cooperate with the man who was probably the cause of her mother's suicide...all without really giving her more than a 2min explanation. Heck, anyone would be angry!

I actually felt bad for Arshi today. Keeping her equation with Jhanak aside - Ani is just playing her at the moment and that's not fair on her. At this point I don't even feel like he loves her. He's obsessed with Jhanak and feels responsible. But it's difficult to say what he feels for Arshi. He pretty much sweet talked her into going for lunch with him, all the while thinking about Jhanak. I guess he's been doing this for so long now that it's become a habit. He probably doesn't feel as guilty about it, and that's when you know the relationship has ended.

I thought Rumi and Mimi were Ani's sisters. But yeah, you are right Goddy ji, Ani is a big misfit for the family. He should have been Bodo Maa's son lol. It is also a indicator of how environment more than genetics influence a child's life. Take Arshi in contrast, she is almost a carbon copy of her mother bar a few good things from her father unlike Ani who is nowhere similar to his parents.

You can see his facial expression on his conversation with Chotton. When he says to Ani Arshi and her family are doubting you, he doesn't show any distress at all. I kind of feel like this was more of a relationship of convenience or companionship more than anything else and him being all showy is just his way of showing affection, similar to how he behaves with his family members.

She is right in constantly asking everyone in the family if someone ever asks her what she wants and actually listens to her. Even if her wish to go back to Srinagar is stupid and frankly suicidal, people should atleast genuinely consider and listen to her wishes instead of accepting or rejecting it and deciding on her behalf as per advantage/convenience.

Yeah right. Even I am a man and my fiancée/ or the girl date talks like this, I don’t feel like continuing the relationship. There should be something called basic respect for a human being irrespective of what is their status in the society. These are some things of basic human qualities. I have never seen in my home a domestic help treated/talked upon so badly . I remember growing up, ⬆️ have also been told by my mom to be always respectful towards anyone.
