I don’t know about the kiss part as I skipped that episode and in the LF they only showed snippets of the party. But I do remember watching the conversation where Mannara kept asking Munna about the dance and he kept avoiding it. I am sure some MunAra shippers also shared the conversation as they were all wondering what happened

yaar hona hi tha. samarth ne to ghar mein hi keh dia tha bahar decision lein gey. isha k papa ne bhi mana kia. & isha ko bhi pata chal gaya hoga yeh kitni bakwas karta tha abhishek k sath mil k initial days mein. bohat acha hua. i really hope they are broken up for good

Tbh there are several moments when she's tried to chipko to munna and he's not into that.
