As far as I see, while in case of Tere Bin Wahaj was hailed because he played Murtasim, here it's the opposite, Fazal Bhakhsh/ Shahmeer are being praised because they are played by Bilal

I think him.overacting as Fazal at the start was very intentional because he is supposed to come off as weird to shibra and her family and he is a rich guy trying to be a poor guy. He was over bearing and trying to forcefully enter their lives and make a space for himself. Now that the family accepted him, he tonned it down a lot. He is again overdoing it with the entire fake gf thing for the same reason. He is making shibra feel like he is loosing it for the fake gf.

I guess by now bilal has made an image for himself as someone who does hadke roles. So in the next if he plays a villain or a meek guy people won't associate him to Fazal or shahmeer. Fazal or shahmeer or salman as characters are not bigger than Bilal abbas the actor but its the opposite for wahaj. Murtasim ended up being bigger than wahaj the actor. Now people always expects him to do roles that can be better than murtu Maharaj.

So doesn't make sense that Momina is overlooking her. He was working with Momina too. Dobara is MD produced drama.

I guess kasf foundation overlooks their dramas more than md. Md co-produced almost all hum dramas but the other ph will be over looking it. Also since sajal worked with hum for a long time there will be people who still has good relationship with her and acts as a middle ground.

Yumna and wahaj had attractive chemistry which got people hooked from the start. IM is not managing to do that. Most people are simply getting used to shibra and shahmeer/Fazal baksh than being attracted or attached to them. It's like people are not addicted to IM like they were with TB. As of now it's a stress free comedy drama. If it gets dragged or get too serious people might drop it easily and move on.

I am intrigued with Shahmeer's character. He has so many layers. Murtasim wasn't that deep.

If we solely speak about characters Shahmeer wins anyday over Murtasim.

You explained it well. That's exactly what's happening right now with Wahaj. I never knew critics liked Bilal this much. He truly deserves this praise though.
