I have a feeling Ishan will just postpone the wedding and lead Reeva on. Or perhaps he will marry Reeva thinking that now that savi has refused to accept it, It's not real marriage. Whatever may be the case, I don’t think he will tell reeva about Savi. And the college episodes might just be hide and seek game where both savi and reeva will be unaware of each other and ishan hiding the truth from both of them. He will think he's doing something noble while ruining 3 lives lol.

Ishan has gotten ready may be for engagement or whatever but if he goes for the wedding without revealing about it to Reeva his character will be further ruined, since Savi doesn't believe in this marriage he is not answerable to her but he is answerable to Reeva so without telling her the truth if he decides to get married to her he will be more wrong. I don't want that to happen but since he is all dressed up for the function so looks like ki shadi ke din hi may be Kiran and that viral video will be out in front of everyone

Ishaan will not go ahead with the wedding with Reeva. He was just not able to meet anyones eye in the precap yesterday. Even today he was surprised by Savis silence . When the revelation happens and when CFA calls Savi as a gold digger and accuses her of trapping Ishaan Baba he will take a stance.
