Saturday episode was not bad at all. I loved some & some not.

muskan. Ok. I’m not a fan of her voice. Singing is really good but her rendition was ok.

Ananya 1st song was good. She did bring nuance with “merre & Terre. Besides that it was fantastic. 2nd song was extremely disappointing as that song requires lots of energy.

Vaibhav. All songs was awesome & entertaining.

Utkarsh a fantastic 👏👏 as they say if u forget lyrics or mess up lyrics just continue & he did that. I was happy he sang Dabang songs.

Adhya many don’t like her but I get why judges or I personally like her Voice texture. She is very good in certain genre songs. She is not great but good.

I don’t know I haven’t watch the episode yet. Have been busy with things .

Oh I thought they would do republic day special so no republic day celebration this year.

Another average episode. Every season there’s a Kishore Kumar special episode and the same songs are sung. The least they can do is sing different songs.

Again performance wise not a great episode, but way better than yesterday.

Obom - bhool gaya sab kuch and dil Kya Kare. Average performance. Honestly, I don’t expect much from him, but since voting has started I have a feeling he’ll stay a little while longer. Atleast 1-2 will leave before him.

Dipan - dream girl and Ek haseena thi. Good performances, not his best. Preferred ek haseena thi.

Menuka - tere bina zindagi se koi shikwa and zindagi ke safar mein. I really like the first song, but she sounded on and off. At times she was good at times she was flat. In the second song, I thought she sang in a lower pitch than the original. Also her problem with pace continues.

Piyush - aankhein seedhi lagi - I’m not a fan of gimmicky performances. It may be entertaining but from a singing perspective I don’t like them. He did well, alternating between a man’s and woman’s voice, so kudos to him. When he sang at the during the mashup he sounded so good.

Anjana - maana janaab ne pukara nahin and roop tera mastana. Didn’t enjoy the first song but she was fantastic with roop tera mastana. I’ve said this many times but she sings well and is only being typecast to sing a certain type of songs. If she’s allowed to sing a variety of genres, she’ll do so much better.

Shubhadeep - intehaan ho gayi intezaar Ki and pag ghunghroo. Fantastic performance. In the first song I thought he was a little over the top, but his second performance was brilliant. Definitely the best performance of the day and even one of his best.

I liked yesterday's episode, Shatrugan Sinha that is!

I thought and highlights for me were: Muskaan and Vaibhav. They were excellent and good choice of songs.

Anaya: I agree Mrina, I felt her first song was the best and well-done, but the second song, I did not enjoy.

Adya: Her voice phenomenal, but she just doesn't use her powerful voice in her songs. Other words, there are no justice or force in her performances.

The beginning of the episode was so good. Sanu da reminding people about the impact that Kishore Kumar had in his life was great, and so was the combo performance of him and Amit Kumar.

I liked Obom's performance. He'll never excel in old school type shows like this, but his effort was definitely there.

Dipan's first performance OH MY GOD. It was so funny. Sanu da was hilarious and my group was shook when Pikuli showed up. One of the most entertaining acts of the year. The rest was great too but the opening one was special.

Menuka's performance of Tere Bina ZIndagi and Zindagi ke Safar Mein❤️

Piyush, wow. What a talent this guy is!

Anjana was good, maybe very good idk. I was exhausted by the time she was done, which I guess is a compliment, because she really puts your senses to the test with her skills. At least I was able to sit through her performance this time.

Anjana's dad can sing! I like him a lot more than her.

Subhodeep is undeniable. The guy was sensational. He nailed two different types of songs, his transition was great and his acting was on point. Aside from his hiccups last week, he has more than established himself as a contender.

I loved how happy and jovial Amit Kumar was in this episode. He's never this happy on these shows but he had an extra energy this time.

Amit ji and Shreya's duet was so soothing. A transcendent experience.

My favorite thing about this episode was the joy that Sanu da was radiating through the whole episode. Kishore da was his guru and Amit Kumar is like a brother to him, so you can see how much this episode meant to him. The chemistry between him and Amit ji was very clear and I think he was very proud and happy about how this episode went.

Long story short I loved this episode barring a few things. I hope next week's shows are this good, especially Zeenat Aman's episode. She's the best.

Slightly off topic but I wanted to ask as I sometimes miss/forward drama in between. I thought Adya was from a poor family and she was saying her brother had to quit so that she can continue. I was under the impression that her dad is no more ( good to know he is alive and well). Was it some other contestant?

Today they were talking abt Credit card and OTP and all…so just was confused it it was Aadya.

I thought the same about her dad. I thought there was something family related when he brother came and said he had to stop singing unless I got the wrong end of the stick. Plus I do try as forward the extra drama as something might have been lost there.
