tbh this argument is nonsense. 20 maybe comparatively young, but IRL it's way too old to act like this. A person graduates by the age of 20, some are doing jobs. If someone in an office/college did the stuff she does regularly, DAMN they'll be ripped a new one.
If Isha couldn't behave sensibly and according to her age, then it was her parents responsibility to bring her on right path.
