I felt then that he was being very honest. Stating it very plainly...that's the thing with them. There's no fluff. No romantic gestures...still they have loads of chemistry.

Just that they should have done the couple scenes in one go than annoy us with weird story and make us wonder where the love story fits in in all this!

That’s a BIG flaw in a story. When you’re giving scraps of a love story in the middle of literally SO much else going on. The focus on MJ and Zaid is seriously lacking. I can’t even speak on the chemistry even a little bit because where are their big moments? Where is their story ? Is the writer kidding us by throwing this tiny bone of their backstory 26 episodes in? I literally don’t even care anymore. Let this end already.

I feel this might even do an even bigger disservice to the story - because by showing Zaid had a crush on MJ in the past - the writing and direction will just get another excuse to be lazy about their story. We were being robbed of showing key turning points in their story and now by saying oh zaid had a crush on her, it will be easy for the audience to just *accept* their changed relationship.

No. It doesn’t work like that. Give us proper scenes. Show us those key moments. Make us invest. TRY at the very least.

Fitoor twist was so sudden like damn wahaj was sooo good I wanted fl to end up with him ... The husband actually slapped n was a ass but nope suddenly wahaj was made negative n done

I think we can all agree that the beautiful scenes between Zaid and MJ were few and far between. The focus was given to Ayra and Asif. Their story took center stage. Zaid and MJ were just secondary characters with a secondary storyline. It felt like such a pivotal moment for them but no focus was given to them.

I hope they come back to this. I’m glad many people are understanding Zaid’s actions now. Not that everything is justified but it makes sense.
