There is a reason a lot of these actresses end up marrying a rich businessman because they know their career in most cases only just goes to 35-40 years of age. In general I agree Vicky should have acknowledged the wrong his mother said but I don’t think Ankita’s mother is all that innocent either.

Today I think Vicky shouldn’t have glossed over what was said by his mother and counter questioned immediately. However he needed to break down the narrative Ankita and her mom created - Ankita’s mom is a confident woman watch her in interviews now. You won’t see a hint of tension, the lady is media trained. She knew her daughter and she knew the outcome. Let’s not forget she and her mother live a lavish lifestyle together with Vicky bankrolled by his family.

Ankita probably did not think this would be a wkv topic since it was family stuff but she was worried Vicky would leave her for good. Let’s be real here even now she’s after him to spend time - dude there’s no time left you’re a finalist stop this needy behaviour. And if you think he’s so bad then why pretend today nothing that’s happening is a big deal.
