Genuinely curious, when you say mild, does it sound as standard British English, or does it come across as accented, or invoke any particular region to you... anything stands out?

Earlier she wasn't comfortable replying in hindi whenever she came on any show, after marriage she came in TKKS for the movie Phone boot with Siddhant and Ishaan and was talking in hindi only.I guess her communications with in laws have made her hindi better.
