Babita is a bit too complex too - much easier to figure out Bhavani.

Yes, I know. Not on Lohri, but she will be back after leaving a few hours as Amu blamed and scolded her dad, she is there (BTS). And, we know that Amu will not get married to Gautam, and as you mentioned, something will happen coming from her ya kuch aur.

At first I thought Rajiv or his parents break the marriage due to yet another insult/failed attempt to show proof from Amruta. And Babita wanting to nurse her wounded pride, badmouths Amruta. But here Rajiv was exposed, and Babita herself encourages/instigates Nimrit to elope and marry him. Still the sadist badmouths the Chitnis duo.

The thing is Babita won't change until reality hits her and Nimmi. Someone talked about karma previously, yahin hai. She is thinking what happened to others (here with Bhavani) can't happen to them, but life is unpredictable, right? And they say "What goes around comes around", she deserves it. I just hope so.

The makers better give her some life lesson, we (in general) should not judge anyone whether they are poor, rich, disabled, short, tall, slim, curvy, married, single, divorced, and blablabla. We don't know what's going on in people's lives and we are no one to interfere.

I can understand you The problem is not Leena Di, it's ITV and typecasting. I mean partially, I don't understand why she always takes such roles to play on ITV. Is it because she likes it or is it because she has no other choices? I know she did some other project outside TV but whenever she is back, it's always to play the other woman. Poor Girl!

I don't blame actors but PH and ITV for this, some actors are just not given the right role to play, even if they are multi-talented and capable of more. Most of the time they are given back to back the same kind of role and that discouraging, man! They are artists and deserve to diversify their roles during their careers.

That's why with KMTMG, I was skeptical of Sriti Di, not that I don't believe in her skills, but she always played a typical ITV FL, abla naari, sushil bahu, and all (correct me if I'm wrong as this is my second show with her). Thank God, it's a bit different this time even though I'm expecting the worst with Zee TV shows. I know she missed fiction and did not get other opportunities so she took this one and doing a fantastic job. And we all know being an actor is not a permanent job kabhi offers ata hai kabhi nahin...We think their lives are sorted but they are just like us.

I like the contrast drawn between the 2 mothers we have. Both love their children. And both are scared by log kya kahenge. Their decisions - good or bad - are governed by their love and their fear.

Babita is a horrible woman with no basic manners. But it seems her love for her children and husband is genuine. Her worry for Nimmi is not unfounded. Sadly we do live in a society that is hung up on fair skin. That coupled with her being infertile does make it difficult for her to get a good match. Especially in high society circles kyunki wohi log sabse zyada orthodox hote hai in these matters. So her fear is valid. But at the same time, I fail to understand how a mother who loves her daughter would want her to marry a cheater. Is she truly that blinded by her fear of society??

On other side, we have Bhavani. Someone who has lived her whole life only thinking of her children. Her happiness and her self-respect take a backseat when it comes to the well-being of her kids. Sadly Jayesh knows this very well and that's why he was able to manipulate her successfully. Deep down she knows her decision is wrong and her kids will never agree to it. But she too is blinded by the fear of society. Her only wish in life is to see Amruta married. And she is ready to take all the wrong decisions needed if it means her daughter can get a good match.

I find this dynamic very interesting. Both mothers ready to willingly accept the wrong thing just to see their daughters married. I hope the makers can explore this in a good way.

A tiny doubt -

Did bhavani receive the documents of his house from jayesh? If no, why is she already packing?

Guess she will get some written document from Jayesh before she leaves. At least its not shown yet. Thought she will leave before Ammu comes back, but turns out she will leave only in the morning and was just packing for the same. So, guessing she will get it later in the day.

Virat will help police to trace Bhavani location and she will be back . Saw BTS where Amruta was thanking Virat for the same as he was as usual his Singhdana style saying she should thank Police they technically searched your mother and you are not special to me i would have done to anyone .
