You’re looking for logic at wrong place . The whole demand for 5cr and agreeing to be his second wife , living under safe roof as Asif is like digging own grave and then burying herself .

My guess Fakkar will definitely get to know about MJ blackmail and will get proofs since he said he faced lots of losses he will definitely file case - either he will blame MJ or go for kill - Zaid or Asif either ways who so ever he blames Zaid will take the blame on himself and will become fall guy that’s when it will hit hard to all three , what they all have been doing ?They were busy fighting in his name when he was always with them .

Ayra is instigated so much by now. She has fallen out of love clearly. She can't take it that he left to Turkey. She's not going to pick up his phone the entire trip. Asif has called her do takey ki...there's no room for reconciliation, she knows that. She will get to know about the email. It'd have gone from the office. She'll press charges against Zaid. May be that 5 Cr demand is to let him go. The way Ayra is going, she's very clear her priority is herself. If there's one social media post now sharing Zaid - MJ pic, Ayra ki yeh aag nahi bujhegi...😂

Rayyan's quick change is kinda weird. Could it be that Ayra's reminder of his old player life messed him up? He seemed to be changing slowly, especially with how he was supporting Kashmala after finding out about the pregnancy…rite?This sudden switch in behavior feels odd. Maybe Ayra hit his ego hard? And he wasn’t really happy with the Shares part too,so it seems like he's giving in to his Mein,and it's on the verge of wrecking his entire life.Things are surely gonna turn ugly in the coming episodes, he might do something bad to Ayra(assault attempt).I don't think there's any way he can redeem himself after this.

I have a strong feeling that Ayra will be knocked off very soon.The Turkey episode is going to bring Z-MJ closer( emotionally I mean 😊) but Ayra’s exit might lead to their separation. Are Rayyan and Asif trying to set up a situation that makes it look like Ayra left Z by her own choice after accepting the 5c? Ayra will be gone by the time these guys come back from Turkey. —-Just throwing in my wild guesses.
