Chintu was mentally harassing him & stuffed a tissue in his mouth , was throwing blankets on him again and again when he was Arguing with Isha. And then he slapped him in reaction. This itself is a big justification. However, BB loves Ankita so they might remove him coz he will prevent Ankita from entering Top 2 then. Ab dekhna ye Hai KY what they will do on WKV & how today's epi will be edited. Usey samajh AA Jaye ga what makers want.

Sonali slapped Ali in bb8 , they Nominated her for entire season but didn't evict her. Here Abhishek slapped chintu after provocation. Most likely he will get nominated for entire season that's it
