My whole problem with Ayra is that she didn’t have to come into this house at all. She created conditions that made him come back and then complains about everything around her when he can’t do much now that he’s returned. Even now, she is choosing to work for the rival, won’t honour anything that Zaid says but expects to fully control him. Her behaviour is definitely coming off as manipulative.

She DID react like this to the goons. You can watch those scenes again if you want. After she gets tailed on the road. She was crying and frantically locking the doors and windows and couldn’t even speak to her bhabhi. Ayra has to show a strong front in front of this family but that doesn’t mean she’s not human - especially now when everyone is against her.

You're right - she does feel demeaned. How can she not after overhearing Asif talking to MJ about showing Ayra her place? This is not a manipulative woman. It’s a broken woman who’s self destroying and being a villain to her own self. She’s trapped in a situation she herself opted for. One part wants to maintain self respect and the other loves Zaid. You’re right, she shouldn’t have come to his house at all. That’s the core problem right there. But everything that’s going on right now, I’m only seeing her as a victim. She should have known better… but honestly they ALL should know better about a lot of things.

And also Rayyan has always been shady af. Kashmala saw him flirting all around but still picked his useless ass. The past few episodes when he was being sweet with kashmala, I knew he would be back to his shady self soon enough. And here we are. Maybe for some harassment qualifies as physical abuse but verbally being sleazy with your bhabhi inside her own house and then disrespecting her is shitty enough. Ayra was totally in the right to feel disturbed, unsafe and to inform Zaid.

Ayra always had upper hand with Zaid. Zaid took it as childish, and even in today flashback of her Bhabi her brother says the same.

AYRA she thinks Zaid will always listen to her , and I think she never ever thought that Zaid can leave her.

I somehow feel because ofAyra , MJ will be in bigger trouble since she took decision to get her home. There could be business loss, Ryaan and Kashmala. Then MJ will be person who has to give answers, and she will be more stressed.Already Asif is warning her ..

Ok Rayan thing is really interesting angle.... Ayra knows him well but his post marriage flirting does that actually happen ? Or aira just randomly tells it???

I just can't sympathize much with aira because she entered this den herself ... She is a queen n needs no man ... She could find a job n another man but she wanted zaid ... Fine love is strong but damn she wanted zaid with his father's approval meaning with MJ ??? Now deal with it

Aira really is taking zaid for granted who goes out to job without informing your husband u got one ... Like dude he deserves respect n to be informed right?

Rayan obviously is annoyed like any brother would be n hisvhome wrecker was on point ... Him admiring her beauty is from common notion that the third person charms a man with beauty???

No excuses for Asif, he was absolutely terrible to her. When Asif accused Ayra have lacking morals, it made me chuckle because it was so crazy coming from him. Considering all this, why did Ayra want his approval and acceptance before marrying Zaid? If it was for revenge, fine I get it but that means she’s basically sacrificed Zaid. I can’t root for them then. Now that she lives under his roof, things do go according to his rules. Zaid going back to his dad basically means he can’t ever leave again. It was hard enough for him the first time and now he will be blacklisted from basically everywhere. Even if there are other rival companies, they won’t trust a guy who worked briefly for a competitor before returning back to his dad. She can have revenge or Zaid, not both. I can’t even tell if she wants revenge at this point which begs the question, why was it so important for her to have Asif’s acceptance? I feel like she moved in and wants to prove that she can get her way. There’s only so much Zaid can do in this situation that she put him in. He’s trying everything that he can but she resists and contests everything. I feel like she’s put him into an impossible situation and she often resorts to manipulative tactics to control him. Asif used to do the same thing with him before. MJ is also putting on an act and being dishonest but I feel like she’s hurting herself most by doing this. She isn’t really hurting Zaid.

Why would Zaid need appreciation from dad? He's way better than Asif in his outlook and morals...he can't crave for acceptance from a guy he filed a complaint against- wanting to respect him and feel loved as a son is a different thing. He was the blue eyed golden boy till Ayra came up and ever since has fallen from grace. He might crave reconciliation, I don't feel he needs appreciation. Or may be a little bit from both the partners, not just his father.

Mub is in the process of growing up ...she reflected on how tough it was to go through this and the elation was fake, to irritate Ayra.

The theme is Mein. To what extent is a sense of Mein good...when does it end up being self destructive....

Thought to continue from this line of thought before the episode and catch some continuity.

Mein:

MJ's Mein seems to be oscillating between feeling triumphant and feeling bad for Zaid's sadness. Ayra went way over what she predicted- as usual..MJ' s mein has come crashing down this far ...to at least feel a little bad once in a while....she looked a bit ruminant in the car.

Zaid's mein:he's looking more like a ping pong ball🤭 these days, so better to spare him the dissection of his mein. His mein was it's peak during his Mub bashing days ...

Ayra: I guess she had no other option. So she chose a rival company, in spite of her husband promising her she won't be let down. Zaid doesn't see where she feels down actually and Ayra over reacts too....so her argument gets lost. Still, choosing a rival to feel better about her talent, than respect her husband's and his family's wishes...in effect she's bold to create a cocoon around her in that house...bold, but pointless. Better would have been to move to a different house. This is worse than that. Poor bhaabhi missing her family, unaware of the blunders Ayra is doing - jagah banaani padti hai- she meant by sweetness of nature, but Ayra is a bulldozer. Her mein seems to be never ending.

Lows: Very poor screen space between Zaid MJ and there should be something to cheer up the show...if they could show at least hidden chemistry between the leads, it'd be nice. Zaid is still only Ayra's patient, deewana husband and MJ is just a friend....one wonders when and how he will develop feelings for her.

Highs: Azekah acted quite well. I like the distant attitude she keeps-exactly as the character is written. I guess this episode was actually more about her.

Twists:

The two twists were well executed- Ayra joining rivals and sudden appearance of Rayyan.

This rival company can hire only 2 ppl in the entire world or what....only people connected to Asif are automatically eligible and the best to join this place?!

Anyway, Ayra has chosen her mein over Zaid...and he's not able to digest that ..he's hurting....

Rayyan: I hope Kash divorces him unless he undergoes some major character growth. He approached Ayra with some Casanova look- degraded her calling her a home breaker and second wife and couldn't take her acid response. Therein lies the problem. Never knew Rayyan would play such a major role in this story.

The general premise seems to get to the point where Mub leaves Zaid instead of clinging on to him. I used to wonder if she'd do that to protect his family ...but Rayyan seems to be involved too in that decision...Will she do it to compensate something Rayyan did to discredit Ayra in Zaid's eyes? Or drove Ayra away from Zaid of her own free will... interesting thread...

If MJ ever gets to know Rayyan misbehaved with any woman, he's going to get thrashed.

Trying to imagine Zaid's response to MJ leaving him....right now actually after this episode, can't feel Zaid has romance on his mind at all...too many problems all at once- tackle biwi, pacify dad, win the contract...only soothing factor seems to be Mubashira. Hope she's always there for him.

Bhaabhi scenes: looks like she has an empty life...may be Ayra will fill it again and they will move to Zakkar leaving bad times behind...

I actually agree that Azekah,was very good in yesterday's episode. I think she is better as a grey character than love interest of Zaid.

Aira always chooses herself! She has her own reason legit or unreasonable but every-time Zaid chooses her , she lets him down and pushes him towards MJ.

1. When Zaid asks her to come with him and get married she rejected him leading to Zaid MJ marriage

2. When Zaid left everything for her and was ready to divorce MJ and start afresh with her , she came up with Asif should ask my hand in marriage for Zaid , again leading to solidifying MJ place as his first wife and presence in Zaid life and his house.

3. The whole scene after marriage asking for bedroom , whatever be her reasons she was simply thinking about herself and even Zaid was looking at her as if she is different person. He clearly said he was fighting for her and she was embarrassing him infront of same people .

4.Again now joining rivals! Like which wife does that to her husband ?
Zaid joined as last resort after asif disowned him and was closing all doors for him , she joining rivals cannot be compared with Zaid’s , she didn’t even feel it was necessary to discuss with Zaid for once , it was as if his say had no value. Now she is basically pushing Zaid - MJ to work as team, as two heirs to business and prove themselves and stop Asif verbal lashing .

Basically Zaid has always been there for her and every time he expects / hopes Aira be there for him she pushed Zaid away and puts him in tough situation and he ends up with MJ.

I see one more move from her end which probably impacts Kashmala and Zaid will this time will choose his family over her . Maybe too late by time she realises she has taken him for granted and pushed him . The scene with her bhabhi saying all a man wants at end of day is some love will hit her then , how she never gave Zaid anything neither love not respect.

Ryan totally crossed boundaries with her. Don’t forget this Ayra has been harassed by multiple men before - on the road, in her house by the goons sent by Asif. Remember how afraid she was and she closed the doors of her house? I think all that trauma is coming back. She feels alone and unsafe.

She’s on a very lonely self destructive path right now and I think she’s making some dumb calls but the writer isnt painting her to be manipulative but an inevitable tragedy eventually.

I feel so too that she didn't fake it. She was reliving that yuck moment just before Zaid came in...sort of it was sinking in...and naturally she ran to him. That was actually a sweet husband - wife moment. Zaid asks her if she is sure...he cannot bash Rayaan without solid proof. Also, Rayyan cannot have intended more than intimidating her actually...just a sort of play thing he did ..he knows she would never reciprocate, unless he thinks of her like Asif does..that she'd entertain him for money ...may be Ayra got some such vibes ...anyway this is such a major twist.

If Ayra is not able to prove Rayyan's threat to her and Zaid waits for proof, she will have to walk out on him. Right now she's over reacting for everything, so poor Zaid won't see the truth... probably MJ will be the first one to know Ayra didn't make it up.

That flashback was actually interesting...and it pointedly spoke about how Ayra's nature could only be tolerated by her brother. In a sense she was also missing that sister she raised with her husband.
