The writer must know the fame/effects of Abhigya on the fans/viewers, how they made each catch/fall and eyelocks unique, their expressions for each differed and we never got tired of watching Pragya fall and Abhi catch her with intense eye locks for 7 + long years.

Do we come across any situation in our lives where we fall and someone has to catch us or a girl falls and a boy catches her right on time But in serials, the MLs seem to be roaming about waiting for the FLs to fall.

True. never got tired of it. Must have been over 50 times (or 100?). Only thing that got boring for me is the 'Allah waariyaan' in the bg - but since they stopped using it and used it only a couple of times in the last stages the song returned to be a good memory.

But.. these are scenes that happen in every show. so dont think Abhigya past will affect these scenes much. may be for some.. but thats fine. [I take it as an excuse not to like the new pairing.] Only thing for me is dont make it forced. do it. but dont rush it and have too many of it.

Well.. hope not. Would prefer someone like Amruta, who has moved on because she had to... and may be meet her again to find what happened. The ex generally are the 'rich' who will be the third wheel. If she wasn't classy enough for Babita, guessing she will be someone like Ammu. Can be a good phase for him to move on - but probably too lame and boring for itv.

But agar Rich hota, how did she break his heart? Why is he against women? Why does he think all are money-minded?

I have to re-listen to Guru Ji but I feel that's why he avoided talking about Nimmi's bhavishya and went straight to Virat's.

If i remember right, he came to bless the would be couple (and the new home)... but Babita raised the topic of Virat's marriage. It was Nimrit who brought in the name Amruta in the convo soon after. after which he was stuck on that name. So.. not that he avoided, but circumstances led to Amruta. A few Sanjana dialogues later, 'A' was fixed... and then he had to leave.

If going by how these things are used... can turn out that way.

[Back then I was expecting he will say something not good about Rajeev / the pair... so shuru se hi kameena laga tha. but had thought it would be around the dowry thing.]

There are chances she was brought in to make him appear worse... but she does represent the independent, self made (?) woman that is quite the opposite of what he knows about Bhavani. And guessing by his qualifications, the kind of woman he would've preferred to get married to when he thought about it in his college days. In a way his outlook about Bhavani is pretty similar to how Babita looks at the rest of the world.

Can see why he would fall for Ishika. So in that sense it doesnt appear to be something brought in to make him look deliberately bad. Only question is what did Ishika see in him? He isnt particularly well off - or perhaps he is - he did spend around 15 days of the month eating out etc.

As of now, things about Bhavani and Nimrit are going in kind of a parallel. He was forced, Rajeev is kind of forced. Nimrit is shown low on confidence etc.. so is Bhavani. Only thing is Ishika would've been a kid when they got married... so cant have a parallel with Tara. but does represent what can happen later to Nimrit. So one angle is to help connect both the stories - at least for Amruta to do something about Nimrit. [Think there was a monologue in the latest ep - 'I couldnt help my mom, but I will do something about Nimrit'.]

Was disappointed Amruta held back from talking about Ishika in court. According to me she should have. For me, he did cross the line from where he cant and shouldn't be allowed back in - no matter how 'good' he turns out to be later on. would've even preferred Bhavani would just sign the papers and be done with it... but dont mind the step Amruta took cause he needs to know she isn't someone whom he can just 'dispose' off because he felt like he could. Divorce can only be on Bhavani's (rather what Amruta wants to be Bhavani's) terms... not his.

True, he said that. But we don't know in what sense. He isn't class conscious - so not expecting 'rich' or lack of it to be a problem. One guess is he looks at Amruta as 'talkative and argumentative probably even dominant / strong willed' type. So may be he meant in that sense.

At least hoping so. If there be a re-entry of the ex.. let it be for good purpose - highly unlikely.

Precap for ep 31 - Ammu talks to Nimrit about Rajeev and shows her the pic. Unexpectedly (for me) Virat believes... Rajeev now gets one on the right... Need to see if he cooks up a story to make people believe him again (likely).

And the reason why she is all the more protective about him now. Also, if there is something wrong with Nimrit's past, might be she also loved someone but the guy was rejected by Babita

Bhavani is a good woman but old fashioned. She does not know English, new fashions and not educated to work. But, she is a good person and has loved and looked after the family well, the good nature of hers forms the basis here. Ishika is what Jayesh wanted in a partner, a modern, educated, working woman but does she have the basic good qualities like Bhavani. If she is an independent decent working woman, why should she be after the Jayesh/Amrtua's FD and the house. She had told Jayesh that she wants this so that people do not think he is after her money. But, she can ask Jayesh to get the house but not Amruta's FD if she is a good woman and if she loves Jayesh as she said. So, Jayesh is again going in for the wrong partner, will he divorce her also in the end when he knows that she manipulated him for money.

The Ahuja side of story is slowly getting shape, we are able to get teeny weeny glimpses now of the characters. Hope it develops into a detailed one soon.

Nimrit looked better without the necklace when Virat was treating her with ice cream

AmVira/Srijit are good in nokjoks for now. Romance can be introduced in a very subtle manner. I read a X that AmVira/Srijit are not turning out as bad as we expected, that they are at least not giving us the sibling feeling from past (Pragya/Purab) even if not intense romance. So, with proper direction and scripts, AmVira scenes can be made more acceptable.
