The rise and fall of a potential star -my 2cents

Hey peeps
I know most of us aren’t feeling the new track at all !

And trust me when I say , the moment they started the whole Isha modelling track I had an inkling of what the outcome of it all might be ! specially when they tried real hard to bring back the initial phase Isha , all rebellious
So I saw the episode today with zero expectations and the show makers didn’t disappoint( in having no expectation’s whatsoever )!
DJ , who till now was grey and stayed within the bounds , crossed the threshold, the only good , rather human side of him was nothing but a charade , he is in fact a Mahajan , manipulative, heartless and stupid like the rest of them !
Neil’s only job left is to cover up all the Mahajan mess , so basically a Vidhur 2.0

2 potential characters down the drain

Coming to Isha , all that she wanted was to be model , to have her own identity other than being a Mahajan or rather Yuvika ‘s younger sister but what she got is a life long PTSD !
why go the most generic route CVs?
the poor girl looked broken !
what’s the deal with Prem Bhoomi anyway ?
I expected an indo-western fusion or at least some kind of cultural co-operation not these literal shower curtains for a show stopper !

The only good thing about the entire episode for me was Yuvika’s idea of how to go about promoting her brand , if anything Kabeer actually looked impressed!
I did like the little NeiVika scene in the beginning though , this guy can do anything just to bring a little smile of his Queen’s face !
Mohit seems too pre occupied lately hence less involved of Neil in the show but I do appreciate the little things that these 2 do

Mahir and his malicious smiles are getting on my nerves now they look identical to Gargi and Dhanraj now !
What I did like though was Bhoomi and her firm assurance to her child , I could see that lioness ready to protect her cub stance after a long time , which was a welcoming change

The fact is I never wanted Dj to turn in a pure villain like this , I used to think Dj will turn as a white character in the end that's why they are showing Ruhi that at some point he will comeback to her and will take care of his wife and child. But today Dj crossed the threshold and for God sacks if makers are going to show us Dj turing white in the end after what they have showed us today then it will make zero sense though it's already making zero sense

In this forum everyone loves NeiVika but apart from this ship everyone has some separate wishes -

Like pete has his Bhidur and Kabir being Db's son wish

Asmita di has NeiVika dance wish

Arpita di has her NeiVika Rishikesh flashback wish

Thik unki tarah hi meri vi ek wish thi ki they are gonna show Neil-Dj were very good friends in their childhood ( as Dj was good as a child , he was ruined after his family rejected his girl and his dreams ) and maybe Neil and Dj will reunite at the end , as they have quite similar things - like their parents never really thought about them ,

now you guys can think why ?? DG always wanted their son to have a smooth path

no they always wanted their blood to rule if they really care about DJ's happiness then they wouldn't reject his aim .

But the fact is this theory can't be possible from anyways now , it's dead after today's act of Dj

Atleast asmita di , Arpi di , pete's wish ( Kabir being Db's son not Bhidur ) feels realistic now but the fact is my NeiJay wish isn't possible anymore

But see still I am not sad , so just stay positive and be happy that we are making so many memories in this forum ❤️

well I never expected him to turn white but a grey , relatable character who’s layered and still has a conscious not this typical villain

What i didn't know was Simone's involvement This fukked up woman is ready to destroy someone else's life so that she can get laid later that day....she's not DJ's true love , just an enabler

Ruhi should find out her involvement , kill her and leave DJ

But nooooooo because in TV world a wife can never leave her husband cause "values"

Also you compared DJ wuth Gargi and Dhanraj, i get that Gargi is capable of doing thus but Dhanraj would never do such a thing., he's more practical than this

I agree with everything you said. But regarding DJ, I always knew he has to become all black. Agar Mahabharat hai to Duryodhan to grey se black jayega hi.

You know I was hoping their would be a VH equivalent track and not a literal VH track. But too much expectations I guess. They legit copied this idea from Fashion. Poor Isha will not hear the end of this.

I too liked Bhumi at the end. A glimpse of Queen Bhumi ready to burn down the world for her daughter.

Last night episode was maha bland..

I always wanted DJ to remain grey .I always looked at Duryodhan as someone who was like a child..who was misguided..he had lots of complains from his parents who left him to be misguided by Sakuni ..but still he had certain moral compass, he lived by his rule..

But what the hell they did with him! They made him a complete monster..

There is no redemption possible & DJ is complete black forever...

Mahabharat's most vital part was VH...Such an important part of the story & no-one was bothered to give their best... Beginning from writers to the lighting, production designer, actors no one was interested...

There was no sense of fear,anger,shame or trauma.. Episode was also rushed they didn't give time to even feel bad for Isha..what elevated VH from a normal molestation to a milestone in woman empowerment was the poignant questions Draupadi asked to those who were in power..

here they saw Isha responsible for her VH in a way...like shame on the makers..

Not really, in a way it’s clear to NeiVika atleast that it was foul play , I hope this track doesn’t end up as a blame game and is actually dealt well, thats the least the makers can do
