Breaking Isha's high heels to make her fall down publicly on stage while doing ramp walk is low, that would have been sufficient if Simone stopped at that deed. 
Simone as a girl & self made professional photographer stooping lowest to secretly enter into changing room to break broach of that one shoulder gown that Isha wore is irredeemable..
all this terrible deeds she does is for a spoilt brat coward criminal like dj who can't go against his mom to divorce Roohi & marry her legally.
Hope there is cctv camera outside that changing room where designer clothes were kept ready for event, that has captured Simone going inside & tampering Isha's gown.
