Even I thought that Vicky showed her his palm. But I doubt he would hit her. He was too far for that. Ankita flinched as anyone would if someone suddenly turns towards you. Also, she was busy arguing with the sleeper. To be honest, she irritates me as well. Sunti hi nahi hai. 2 times Vicky told her to wait. But she continued yakking! And then kept quiet for a long time while the beater and sleeper were accusing her husband. When rider told the real story, she fought on behalf of Vicky.

Couldn't catch the precise action but Ankita's sudden silence when Abhishek and Arun started saying those things gives away that she felt threatened. It seemed like she was still processing what had happened and had nothing to say when Abhishek said that Vicky tried to hit his wife. It is only after she composed herself, she gave it back to Abhishek which kinda felt like a helpless need to defend her husband and their relationship.

This is exactly like our society. All of these people know that Abhishek used to hit Isha, it's clear from this. Still they chose to be his friends for 5+ weeks. Infact called him "Dil ka acha" and some of them still sympathize with him. Tab hi yaad aya k he's a "criminal" when he went against them.

Even now they are happy to keep shut as long as he doesn't speak about Vicky's agression. Aap mere crime mein chup raho, main apke mein chup rahunga.
