The Chitnis side of story though going at a fast rate at least is relatable and understandable to us viewers, but Ahujas are shown moving over to Bombay and just enjoying life without any routine lifestyle/no relatable sound characters also, all of them have been introduced in glaring outfits and in the same careless, fun-loving, mind-frame except for Shekar. Virat's father seems a nice sort but not introduced well at the start, he has been thrown in along with the Ahuja clan for us to grasp his good quality. The Ahuja clan except for Virat/his dad and Shekar seem a not-to-be-taken serious package.

Since the show is not being aired on time and shown after Kundali bhagya which their DP lead couple story seem to appeal to viewers more, think KMTMG trp will drop further but will be very happy if not so

Why Bombay also? Why did they come there? Business ya kuch aur?

Let's hope they give us some less OTT drama after the wedding fiasco, we need more details on both families

I don't wanna blame the writers of ITV, I respect their work for writing daily, that ain't easy, but if makers go for finite shows, there won't be many loopholes in their stories and illogical things. As I always said in my previous forums, the problem ITV's way of production hai. They should copy West for the series (even if they have numerous eps, my pov, season bana loh of 100 eps...It may work)

The scenes were too ott and forced - both her initial despair and suicide attempt. The first scene in terrace - the exagerration is understandable given her bg of depression (or at least thats where the depression was revealed). The situation of suicide attempt was forced. Guessing she would know enough about her aunt to keep away from her in such moments. Aunt was ott which led her to try it - only thing is aunt got a kick / sadistic pleasure out of the situation she created... and didnt get caught cause the bakra Ammu was there.

Writers of itv... hmm... while its tough to write daily, and i will respect them for that... but... many a times the kind of things they churn out is pathetic. It hurts when you see (esp some bts) where actors, directors, all the crew members are working hard... to give a scene that is pathetically written.

Finite series with seasons if it works well . Can at least try that for weekend shows. 1 hr long 2 weekend days. Actually the initial rumours about the show Sriti signed up for was that she will be playing an undercover crime branch officer. That felt wow... only doubt was it sounded more like a Sony show than a Zee one. and sure enough it was a rumour. [Having said that do find Amruta is a well written character.]

ITV hai, among all the things I get to learn from ITV, as you guys know I'm not Hindustani, one is the fact no one holds their respective job on shows, but the funniest thing is when their respective profession has nothing to do with the one they will get in future (example: YHM for those who saw it Dr. Ishita a dentist becoming a businesswoman when she didn't know anything about it, Aditya in Bepannah a Pilot who end up ruling an event company, Our Sriti as Pragya, teacher bani housewife, bani businesswoman...and the list is long) So I'm not surprised anymore.

This was engagement, the other day was kudmai which is pre-engagement ritual. Something to kick start the marriage celebrations. Every sect has their own rituals and customs.. and this doesn’t happen in all castes and communities.

KMTMG should be focused more on Bhavani's reality check of life, that women can have own journey minus husband too, plus Jayesh learning lessons harsh way that Bhavani has rights on his property plus earnings, that he can't easily get divorce as assumed just because he has an young fair skin, rich successful working GF willing to marry him now.

That is what should happen, but the question is will they give us what we want??? I don't expect much on ITV shows and stories nowadays but hope is everything, right? (I forgot about that Hindi phrase with kayam ya something in it but ya)

I'm prepared to be disappointed, but give them a chance to prove me wrong

Ahujas minus Amruta is 'boring'... just heights of snobbishness.. makes sense why they had to bring in Amruta for some scenes there. Can be said the dialogues were to give Rajiv a few ideas... can expect something from him soon.

They do not exist without her, from the first scene to date, Amu is their main topic...Nothing else we know about them than Amu the "Big Issue". Who is actually the A, we don't even know.

Oh yes. Though i didnt notice it, someone on X mentioned that Ahuja is actually the surname of Nani. [Kind of odd then that Virat - if he calls himself Virat Singh Ahuja - kind of mocked Amruta for having moms name - in that 'system hi badal dala' scene.] His fathers name seems to be confusing too. While he is referred to as Dildaar (which can even be an adjective), on Zee5 Virat's name is given as Virat Ranjan Singh.
