that’s why it was good that Akshara never took her back to udaipur .. she brought her up on her own steam . If she had not got abhir back for his heart surgery and tried a different doctor tab abhir n Abhinav bhi living hote

Kartik's mom killed herself because of her mental illness and her increasing tendency to hurt herself and the people around her. At least that's what they revealed in Kartik's mother's letter 🤷‍♀️

I am not going to talk about something which has already been discussed intensively. You said Abhimanyu didn’t stay at the goenkas house which was not true. Further, unlike Abhinav he had no formal relation with that family.
