Ranvijay is a "bloody" Kabir Singh clone in terms of traits, mannerisms, overall personality, be it making lewd comments in a non chalant, offhanded way or being unpredictable n crass.
After copying Kartik Aaryan's brand of acting for Luv Ranjan's movies, Ranbir was totally aping Shahid Kapoor of Vanga brand and till certain extent Vishal Bhardwaj.....(though Shahid did a much better job in Kabir Singh, Haider, Kaminey)
It is hard to believe this is the same guy who used to give brilliant n more importantly original performances like Rockstar, WUS etc.
All Vanga knows in the name of direction is to rehash the same character template and package the film around it with half-baked supporting characters who have only one job that is to either cheer for the male lead or to act shell shocked at his action.
Personally I believe in the importance of creative liberty that shouldn't be hampered by agenda, so as much as I have been against the whole Netflix, Disney destroying classics or MCU with their woke agendas, I am against this shit which is a problematic concoction prepared by the "director" whose sole agenda is to trigger ppl & rile up a certain section bcoz his ego was bruised way too much by the same set of critics he claims to not care about.
Anyway bg score was great, Tripti looked gorgeous, Rashmika was ok , Anil Kapoor was wasted so was Bobby Deol.
