Found the story super insensitive right in the beginning. The char doesn't go anywhere.

I wish, the itv writers could write a better flawed char for fl. Also, honestly was disappointed with Shivangi's acting. No voice modulation or change, it just gives the glimpse of Naira & they look individually better, but romantic scenes look forced and cringe. Again, to each his own.

Just here to Appreciate Shivangi Joshi for taking up the character Aradhana Sahni in Barsatein.

Barsatein is a story revolving around a toxic couple and their relationship. (Well show has its flaws as this kind of genre is difficult to work with the Indian TV audience so inthe process of connecting with the ITV audience they messed up with the storyline by adding some family angle, actually speaking execution went badly, yet they are not late as it is an on-air show they can still work on it to serve better)

Coming to the character Aradhana, she must have given an impression inthe first to be an ideal Indian FL but no, for a genre like this such FL won't work, thus Aradhana's flaws are coming out rightly now. (Here again, writers did mess up the writing of her character by showing sacrifice and stuff, also being a little inconsistent)

Still, they were able to make a point about how Aradhana's character perfect fit to justify this toxic couple and relationship by rightly bringing out her flaws.

Anyway being a very old Shivangi fan I'm glad she is portraying such a flawed, bold, anti-ideal FL character.

Well, with all the messed up storyline and character I'm kind of enjoying her character. I'm getting a fresh vibe from Shivangi's portrayal of Aradhana.

I disagree to the point ruining her character, yes the storyline is not very well written or executed well.

Apparently this show is based on toxic relationship, ML character toxic and he turned FL also toxic.

And FL trying to move on from the ML with the help of a friend, that doesn't make her character a ruined one.

Overall storyline needs to be improved and dialogues also needs to be improved.

Otherwise I feel Shivangi getting to play something different through Aradhana, a character with flaws. Rather than typical ideal FL.

Also she has already played Sunshine character like Naira, Aradhana definitely change in her whole career.

Only thing creative needs to execute the story properly.
