Chapter 9 - No Geet's engagement is not stopping him. Are we sure Maan actually has a liking for Geet? Chapter 12 ke baad mujhe chappal padhne wali hain shayad

Diya is a normal character, eccentric teen. She has bad good both sides. So grey I guess...
Hahahah Maan is not confusing, Geet finds him confusing.
And just a correction - he never yelled at her on the bus. He was just getting anxious that any of his fangirls might come and sit beside him as Geet was just standing frozen. His tone was brash but not high-pitched. His attitude is very straightforward, he doesn't beat around the bush while Geet is heavily based on her emotions. His slight change in attitude multiplies in her teenage brain. As the update was from Geet's POV so that's how he appears to her. She thought he is a distant entity but knowing him she knows he is actually a very warm and caring person from inside (Pretty much how Maan is in the show except mature)

These needed some clarification as I know we have different expectations for Maan. I am loving each of your perspectives and I usually don't interfere with my reader's perception until its necessary. I hope this clears up the questions you may have regarding the past chapters.
