Because it's not that complicated, both are toxic in their typical form. Abhishek has that kabir singh energy, isha is that cunning woman who uses people acc to her situation. As long as she can benefit from something, she'll do it, morality, righteousness, self respect be damned.

Abhishek is providing content to her and that's why she'll go back.
