Pari found out Rajeev cheated her and married her for property but she also knew that Neeti was unaware about everything so uska koi kasoor nahi tha iss betrayal mein. However, Pari has knowingly betrayed Neeti by hiding the truth from her. If Neeti had cheated Pari, then Pari would probably have still helped Neeti because that's just how dumb and naive she is. She lets everyone use her and walk all over her.

Even if Pari wanted to save Sanju-Neeti's marriage and hide the truth from Neeti, then why didn't she take divorce from Rajeev when she learnt he was married to Neeti?

Pari did not learn about the truth soon. She also learned about it months later. After she bonded with her in-laws and even Rajeev. Heck, the guy was going to marry her a second time in front of his family. So no, neither of their pain was more or less than the other. Both the girls got cheated by a man whom they trusted and loved. While Pari chose to let go off it, Neeti chose to murder innocent people in her madness. That is, precisely the difference between the two girls. Pari might be weak, a doormat, anything but not a murderer. And Neeti chose to kill people because she was lied to.

I have a doubt PariRaj are already married they are not divorce yet than on what context he is proposing her for marriage? What happened that he suddenly.propose marriage with Pari right after divorce?

Maybe a re-marriage with all ceremonies but, this time, without any dhoka on his part? They are indeed married but I wonder how sweet the memories of that marriage must be for Pari considering that: 1) he married her to get her father's land; b) he betrayed her with her bff; c) he treated her like crap troughout most of their time as a couple and d) her father died and mom went into coma for circumstances created by him or people who treated her like crap.

The least he can do is to erase the bad memories and make a fresh start to create new ones.

But I hope Pari gives him hell and doesn't say yes immediately.

Pari was also married months before Neeti. And Rajeev created a perfect image in front of her. She had thought him to be a good person. And he kept swinging between being really good to her and then getting angry.

I have no definite answer for the divorce part. My guess is, she thought since Rajeev and Neeti were already married, her leaving will solve all the issues. And that was her plan till Neeti's miscarriage. Honestly, people in this show are so casual about the bigamy part, as if it is the most normal thing. No one was bothered about PariRaj divorce so that RajNeeti marriage will become valid, not even Rajeev. Sab aankh band karke andhera kar rahe hai.

Ab neeti wil drag sanju to court chalo kisi ko yd hai iss show mein bigamy is illegal. I wish neeti criminal nh hoti i feel like they will use her crimes to justify his bigamy as if 2 wrongs make a right. I hope neeti’s attitude is like mujhe saza mile mile but mein sab ko leke dub marungi toh maza ajayega and as a law student I know sanju ka case indefendable hai but i hope they don’t show pari single handedly changing the laws of india to save her rajeev

Also pure parivar pe case hona chahiye including mental agony ka as well.
also rajeev is so dumb, itna der neeti jo bhi bol rhi thi woh sab ko they could have easily said neeti pagal hai and stuff but iss bande jis moment pe muh khola na neeti ne 3 din se jo humiliation nh kiya hoga bajwa ka sanju ne yeh meri biwi hai bolke krdiya. Leave RajNiti and Pariraj's weddings, ppls were so casual about marrying off Pari to that stalker guy, as well without bothering about the fact that she'd be still legally Rajiv's wife.

That's a huge blunder on the writers' part.
