From what I understand this is not any performance report card rather a twist to change the dynamics of game. The game is going in certain direction they wanted to change gear. Contestants aren't changing so they want vicky to change his way.They always have an agenda with whatever salman speaks. There are some contestants who do nothing and are not even bashed. They are just spectators. Neil and aish were laughing but they are just spectators. If vicky leaves the game the show is nothing. Vicky is thick skinned shrewd.Being a human things can affect but he knows how to pick himself.
