Not Lehmann. It was George Lohmann, who played 18 matches from 1886-1896, & had an average of 10.75 runs yielded per wicket. McGrath's average is 21.64, and he is at #30 in the list. But that was over 124 matches, as opposed to 18

One trap that I think India falls into: due to the outstanding form of the top order, the middle order rarely gets the practice they need in the middle. If there is any off-day for the top order, it's a touch & go on whether they'll come good in the day

Also, SKY seems to do better when he comes in early, while the shine has come off Sreyas Iyer. I'm also not sure that KL Rahul is our best keeper: I'd rather have him at the top, and let Ishan Kishan keep. If needed, I might put Shubman Gill in the middle order, maybe at #4
